This is a simple unit to control airflow in a single room of an industrial building. It allows damper control and additional air flow accelerator with an integrated fan. The control unit is either controlling the unit automatically by two temperature sensors. It also can be switched to manual control if needed.
The airflow control unit is 24 x 24 inches and 3 inches thick and is attachable directly to an existing air outflow vent.
The project was created because the building in the music school has 2 A/C units but the temperatures in each single room is very different. Either too hot or too cold. This problem could be resolved with a zone control and individual dampers but that is a more costly investment. The unit I created does the job and can keep the temperature well adjusted within the existing conditions and parameters.
Temperatures are indicated in Centigrade (°C).
